On farm vegetable processing

It all starts with regenerative farming practices packing fruits and vegetables with nutrients from living soil and natural sunlight and ends with simple clean processing techniques with no preservatives.

We prepare our foods seasonally sweet corn and tomatoes in the summer; sweet potatoes and butternut squash in the fall cabbage and greens in winter and when were out were out till the next harvest season.

On our brands you will never see a best buy date over 12 months as we believe nature intended for us to balance our bodies with the seasons and eat according.

Animals were intended to compliment plant life and aid in developing an ecosystem that is sustainable.

We have no complicated labels simple single ingredients our harvest is dictated by the maturity of the crop not the economics of the world.

We have been processing our own production since 2013 for schools and individuals to enjoy.
